What we collect

When you submit a service request we collect your name, phone number, and the address or area where you need work done. We use this only to dispatch a technician and to contact you about that job.

Analytics and cookies

This website uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people read. It sets cookies in your browser and records things like the pages you open, roughly where in the world you are, and what kind of device you use. It does not record your name, your phone number, or anything you type into the forms on this site.

If you would rather not be counted, you can block cookies in your browser settings, or install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. The website works exactly the same either way.

What we do not do

We do not sell your details, and we do not pass them to third-party marketing companies.

Getting your data removed

Contact us and we will delete your request record on request.
